Payment Terms & Subscriptions

Gen Z Academy offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following payment terms:

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.

Auto-Renewal: Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings at any time.

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
  • Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy
  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of service

Course Access & Intellectual Property

All educational content on Gen Z Academy is protected by intellectual property laws.

What you CAN do: Access course materials for personal, non-commercial use during your active subscription period.

What you CANNOT do: Copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

  • Course access is limited to the subscription period
  • All content remains the property of Gen Z Academy
  • You may not share your account or course materials with others
  • We reserve the right to update or remove content at any time

User-Generated Content

Gen Z Academy may allow users to post content in discussion forums, comments, or other interactive features.

  • You retain ownership of content you create and share
  • By posting content, you grant us a license to display and distribute it on our platform
  • You are solely responsible for content you post
  • We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our discretion

Harassment & Hate Speech

Content that harasses, threatens, or attacks individuals or groups

Spam & Self-Promotion

Unsolicited commercial content or excessive self-promotion

Misinformation

Deliberately false or misleading educational content

Copyright Violation

Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights

Acceptable Use & Conduct

All users must adhere to acceptable use standards when using Gen Z Academy.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or services

Changes to Terms

Governing Law
