Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases (including but not limited to):

  • If you purchased a course or subscription and no longer wish to continue.
  • If you are dissatisfied with course content after purchase.
  • Accidental purchases or duplicate payments.
  • Internet or technical issues on your device during use.
  • Partial use or non-use of the service.

Exceptional Cases

In extremely rare cases such as duplicate transactions or verified technical billing errors, partial resolution may be considered at the sole discretion of the Gen Z Academy management team.

Note: Such cases will be reviewed individually and must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction with valid proof.
